WildSun Birth Co. was created to help thoughtful parents understand their options so they can make confident decisions and look back on their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experiences feeling proud of who they transformed in to.
Birth is powerful and, I believe, sacred. Your experience and memories of birth matter to me. Regardless of whether it “goes according to plan” or takes some unexpected turns, you can still feel calm, prepared, informed, respected, and empowered as your world changes.

I provide two birth planning sessions to help you prepare for birth, however that looks for you. This may include birth education basics, deep dives on particular topics, comfort techniques, newborn care essentials, feeding guidance, or how to prepare for life postpartum. My priorities during these visits are to understand what matters to you most, start replacing any fears you have with confidence, and make sure you’re set up for a postpartum of rest and care.
Together we’ll create a beautifully designed, customized birth roadmap.

From the moment you call me, I’m all yours! I will show up at any point when it starts to feel like you could use some support, and my focus will be on helping you feel calm and confident. I provide continuous emotional and physical care during labor and childbirth, helping you understand what’s happening has labor progresses, offering comfort techniques, guiding your partner on how to be involved, and helping you navigate unexpected decisions with clarity and confidence.
I will be “on call” for your labor and birth from 38 weeks until your baby is here! I’ll be ready to join you at home or your birthing location at whatever point you need me during labor, and will stay until you’re settled after the baby is born.

Our time together doesn’t end at birth. During postpartum visits, we’ll reflect on your birth story, check in on your physical and emotional recovery, answer questions, discuss feeding and newborn care, and help you find your rhythm as a new family. I’ll also connect you with trusted resources whenever additional support would be helpful.
Postpartum visits are hands-on, very personal to what kind of support you need in the moment, and in your own home to help with those early days and weeks with a new baby.
