I provide two prenatal visits to help you prepare for birth, however that looks for you. This may include birth education basics, deep dives on particular topics, comfort techniques, newborn care essentials, feeding guidance, or how to prepare for life postpartum.

Continuous emotional and physical support during labor and childbirth.
I will be “on call” for your labor and birth from 38 weeks until your baby is here! I’ll be ready to join you at home or your birthing location at whatever point you need me during labor, and will stay until you’re settled after the baby is born.
